Antarctic Wallet
Non-custodial TON wallet packaged as a Telegram mini-app. Keys are generated and stored locally in the mini-app's browser context, with no server-side seed-phrase storage.
Aliases: antarctic, antarctic wallet
Antarctic Wallet is a non-custodial TON wallet accessible through a Telegram mini-app (no separate native app and no browser extension). Architecturally it is a standalone non-custodial wallet packaged as a mini-app for entry-point convenience.
How it differs from Tonkeeper / MyTonWallet
- Entry point is inside Telegram (mini-app), not a separate mobile app. No need to install yet another app — keys live in the mini-app’s LocalStorage.
- Non-custodial: unlike
@Walletand xRocket, Antarctic does not store your keys server-side. The seed phrase is generated client-side and never leaves. - Backup: you have the standard 24 words, like any non-custodial wallet. Lose them = lose access.
Limitations
- Telegram browser environment: no hardware-wallet integration, no deep OS-level security guarantees, no Ledger pairing.
- Slimmer attack surface than a native mobile app: phishing mini-apps, third-party Telegram clients with patches, and so on.
- Telegram dependency: if Telegram blocks the mini-app in your region, access gets harder (but not lost — your seed phrase remains valid in any other TON wallet).
When it fits
Good as a “lightweight second wallet” for people who live inside Telegram and don’t want a separate native app. For long-term storage of meaningful amounts, a mobile/desktop wallet or hardware (Ledger) is more robust.
