Using the site means accepting the terms
By accessing TON Adoption and reading its content, you agree to the terms set out below. If any of them does not work for you, do not use the site. There is no sign-up flow, so we do not present a separate consent form.
Informational, not financial advice
All content is informational and educational. It does not constitute individual investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel.
Before any action with crypto-assets — purchase, staking, drop participation, using a DeFi protocol — verify the sources for yourself (DYOR). For specific tax or legal questions, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
"As is"
The site and its content are provided as is. We work hard to keep the data correct at the time of publication, but make no warranty of completeness, accuracy or freshness — crypto data moves fast, and so does regulation. Decisions made on the basis of the content remain the reader's responsibility.
Third-party sites are theirs
We link to external resources (TON documentation, repositories, wallets, exchanges, regulators). The content, security and policies of those sites are the responsibility of their owners. If a linked site is compromised, changes behaviour, or shuts down, we will try to update the link — but we do not guarantee instant reaction.
Citation and reproduction
Articles, illustrations, and the site's design belong to TON Adoption.
- Citation is allowed — short fragments with an active link to the source, no separate approval required.
- Wholesale reproduction on other sites requires written consent from the editorial desk — reach us via the contact page.
- The site's technical components (generator, templates, deploy scripts) are built on open-source libraries with their own licences. The full stack is documented on the About page.
Brand names in our content
TON, Toncoin and Telegram are trademarks of their respective holders. The same applies to the names of specific projects (Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, Tonhub, STON.fi, DeDust, and others) referenced in our content. We use these names editorially to identify the services, without claim to ownership.
When and how
Terms may change. Substantial revisions — for example, if we launch a paid subscription or a sign-up flow — will be flagged in the site footer and in the Telegram channel. The latest revision date is always at the top of this page.
Disputes and complaints
TON Adoption is not registered as a commercial legal entity — it is a privately operated publication. Disputes and complaints are handled on a best-effort basis through the contact page (Telegram). We prefer substantive resolution to formal procedure — substantive complaints get reviewed every time, and first.
